A.
There shall be provided a buffer strip of 10% of front
frontage to a maximum of 10 feet where a parking lot abuts a residential
zone lot line.
B.
There shall be planted in this buffer strip two rows
of Hemlock trees or other suitable screening, not less than five feet
high and spaced eight feet on center, and the two rows are to be alternated
to provide a good screen.
C.
A chain link fence shall be erected around the entire
lot a minimum of four feet high and a tight-woven fence to be added
along any dividing line abutting any residence zone.
D.
There shall be a pair of gates or approved locked
chain at the entrance and exit which is to be securely locked at night.
E.
A fireproof concrete block garbage shed shall be provided
not less than 50 feet distant from the residence lot line.
F.
Exposed lighting standards shall be erected to a height
of more than three feet.
G.
The entire surface of the parking lot shall be paved
with blacktop or other approved surface pavement and shall be kept
clean, safe and inoffensive at all times.
H.
Drainage plans must be submitted to the Village Engineer
and approved before starting any drainage work.

A.
The parking lot shall be used only for cars of employees, employers
or customers.
B.
No commercial vehicles or any towed vehicles shall be parked in the
parking lot at any time or overnight.
C.
Advertising devices or signs shall not be permitted on any parking
lot at any time.
D.
No merchandise of any kind is to be sold or stored on any parking
lot at any time, except that a dealership of new motor vehicles may
store and display such new motor vehicles provided said vehicles are
not stored or deposited upon parking spaces required by the Village's
Zoning Code for the principal use of the property and provided the
number of new motor vehicles so permitted shall be subject to the
discretion of the Board of Trustees in connection with site plan approval
of such dealership.
E.
Parking lots shall not be used for any other purposes than parking of cars, except with respect to the storage of new motor vehicles at a dealership of new motor vehicles in accordance with Subsection D above.
F.
No gasoline pumps shall be permitted on any parking lot.
G.
No food or beverages sold in the building shall be consumed in the
parking lot.
