A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to throw, place, put or leave upon any public sidewalk, street, road or avenue or upon any public place of the Village any glass, nails, garbage, swill, dirt, refuse or any decayed or obnoxious goods, bodies or matter.
B. 
No person shall cast, throw, sweep or cause to be thrown, cast or swept into or onto any of the sidewalks or streets, avenues, alleys or public squares within the Village of Elmsford any straw, shavings, wood, stones, sticks, tin cans, broken crockery, rubbish, sweepings, papers or any filth or substance.
