A.
Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the
maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways within
the corporate limits of this Village, except on the following highways:
B.
Forty miles per hour is hereby established as the
maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits
of this Village on or along the following highway:
(1)
On Route No. 119 between the intersection of Undercliff
Avenue and the westerly Village line.
C.
Thirty-five miles per hour is hereby established as
the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate
limits of this Village on or along the following highway:
(1)
On Route No. 119 between a point 500 feet east of
the intersection of Winthrop Avenue and the easterly Village line.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle upon a street designated in § 316-20 of this chapter as a school street, within 1,320 feet (1/4 mile) of an entrance or exit of a school on such school street, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., at a rate of speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
