The system of pavement marking duly adopted
for state highways is hereby adopted for all roads and streets in
the Village of Elmsford.
[Added 9-17-1962]
The Police Department of the Village of Elmsford
shall place and maintain such traffic control devices as it may deem
necessary to indicate and carry out the provisions of this local ordinance.
All such traffic control devices hereafter erected and the place and
manner of installation thereof shall conform to the New York State
Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
