A.
Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule I, which schedule is appended and attached to and made part of this chapter.[1]

B.
Traffic facing a steady red signal may cautiously enter the intersection, except those intersections and/or locations specified and described in § 282-72, Schedule XXIV, which schedule is appended and attached to and made part of this chapter, to make a right turn after stopping as required in Subsection A of this section. Such traffic shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians within a marked crosswalk or unmarked crosswalk and to other traffic lawfully using the intersection.
