A. 
A Records Management Advisory Board is hereby established and charged with the responsibility of developing a comprehensive records management plan and to work with the City Clerk for implementation of the plan and provide oversight for continued plan effectiveness.
B. 
The Records Management Advisory Board shall consist of the Mayor, the Directors of Finance and Planning, the Assessor, the Commissioner of Public Works and the Corporation Counsel, or their annually designated agents.
