The season during which the casino shall be
kept open for the use and accommodation of the public shall be the
first day of January to the 31st day of December in each year, unless
otherwise directed by the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.

The sale of alcoholic beverages in the Central
Park Casino is permitted by vendors licensed by the New York State
Liquor Authority and shall be further limited to the hours of operation,
types of beverages and style of service as may be contained, limited
or restricted in the lease of the casino to its operator.
The fire laws shall be observed in the operation
and maintenance of the casino at all times.
Every part of the casino under the charge of
the licensee shall be thoroughly and frequently cleaned by dusting,
washing or scrubbing so that no dust or dirt shall be noticeable.
All ashes, garbage or refuse matter of any kind
shall be put into suitable boxes or barrels and shall be daily removed
from the park by the lessee.
The casino licensee shall guard the premises
under his charge and all fittings, furnishings and furniture therein
from damage by careless use and shall promptly repair any such damage
that may occur.
No private notices or cards of any kind shall
be posted or displayed in any part of the casino, and no writing on
or defacing of any wall, fixtures or furniture shall be allowed, without
permission of the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.
No person shall be allowed to beg, peddle or
play games of chance or act in noisy or unseemly or disorderly manner
in any part of the casino.
