Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is
permitted on any street, alley or highway for not longer than one

of only one unoccupied trailer in an accessory private garage building
or in a rear yard in any district is permitted, provided that no living
quarters or business is maintained in the trailer while it is parked
or stored.
