All commercial vehicles having a gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby prohibited from the streets listed below. (This section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the excluded streets).

A. 
It shall be unlawful to park a truck or commercial vehicle in excess of four tons' gross weight on any City street between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for more than 20 minutes.
B. 
No bus or commercial vehicle exceeding one ton in capacity and/or which has at least a six-wheel base shall be parked or stored between the hours of 12:00 a.m. through 6:00 a.m., inclusive, in any street in any residential district.

On State Street, between Hulett Street and Lafayette Street, all westbound trucks over two tons' rating are prohibited at all times from proceeding downgrade in high gear.
