The Town of Southampton hereby establishes a Town of Southampton Drug
Abuse Prevention Council.
The Council shall consist of five members, each serving a one-year term
at no compensation. Members of such Council shall appoint one of their number
as President and another as Secretary, subject to Town Board approval.
