(1) 
The parking of vehicles on the east side of Ponquogue Avenue from the northerly line of the land of the Long Island Rail Road Company north for a distance of 40 feet is hereby prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays, for a period of longer than 10 minutes.
(2) 
The parking of vehicles on both sides of Beachdale Road from Oakhurst Road north to Peconic Bay is prohibited during the hours of 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily from May 15 to September 15.
(3) 
The parking of vehicles on the west side of Ponquogue Avenue from Good Ground Road on the south to a point 50 feet northerly from the center line of the post office is restricted to not more than 10 minutes.
(4) 
The parking of vehicles on the north side of Montauk Highway (County Road No. 80) from a point 150 feet east of Springville Road to a point 370 feet east of Squiretown Road and on the south side of Montauk Highway from Springville Road to a point 370 feet east of Ponquogue Avenue is restricted to two-hour parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.

(5) 
The parking of vehicles on the east and west sides of Ponquogue Avenue from a point 40 feet north of Good Ground Road to Montauk Highway is restricted to two-hour parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.

(6) 
The parking of vehicles on the east side of West Canal Road from Gate Street southerly to the intersection of Eleanor Street and on the west side of West Canal Road southerly from Eleanor Street to its southern extremity is prohibited during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily from May 15 to September 15 with the exception of holders of valid night fishing permits issued by Suffolk County.

(7) 
The parking of vehicles on the north side of Good Ground Road westerly from the intersection of Ponquogue Avenue for a distance of 350 feet is restricted to one hour between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.
(8) 
The parking of vehicles in the private parking field of the Hampton Bays IGA Complex is restricted to two-hour parking between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
(9) 
The parking of vehicles in the parking lot located north of the Hampton Bays post office is restricted to three-hour parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, except Sundays and holidays.
(10) 
The parking of vehicles in the four stalls of the center parking lane of the parking lot located north of the Hampton Bays post office is restricted to a period of 15 minutes between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, except Sundays and holidays, pursuant to signs and markings displayed giving notice of such parking restrictions.
(11) 
The parking of vehicles on the south side of Montauk Highway (County Road No. 80) from 94 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, to a point 150 feet west on Montauk Highway is prohibited between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
(12) 
On the north and south sides of Argonne Road for a distance of 1,200 feet from between the intersection with Gravel Hill Road and Bay View Drive West on days when the Hampton Bays High School is in session.
(13) 
On the east and west sides of Wakeman Road for a distance of approximately 2,000 feet between the intersections of Carter Lane and Wauhope Road on days when the Hampton Bays High School is in session.

[1]The parking of vehicles on the north and south sides of Bay Drive westerly from its eastern extremity for a distance of 175 feet is hereby prohibited daily between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

The parking of vehicles on the north and south sides of Montauk Highway (County Road No. 80) from the intersection of Ponquogue Avenue to the intersection of Canoe Place Road is hereby prohibited between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily for a period of longer than three hours except authorized vehicles.

The parking of vehicles on both the north and south sides of Elder Avenue from its intersection with Tiana Circle 130 feet west to Tiana Bay is prohibited between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily.

The parking of vehicles on the east side of Lighthouse Road beginning at a point 350 feet north of its intersection with Old Lighthouse Road to a point 550 feet north is restricted to a period no longer than 30 minutes.[2]

(4) 
Parking on the east and west sides of Peters Lane from its northerly terminus south for a distance of 100 feet is hereby prohibited daily between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., prevailing time.

The parking of vehicles on streets of the Town is hereby limited as follows:

Both sides of Corwith Avenue from the intersection of Montauk Highway (N.Y.S. Route No. 27) northerly for a distance of 1,300 feet are restricted to three-hour parking between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(2) 
Both sides of School Street from the intersection of Montauk Highway (N.Y.S. Route No. 27) southerly for a distance of 200 feet are restricted to three-hour parking between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(3) 
The parking of vehicles on both sides of Narrow Lane from the intersection of Lumber Lane to the intersection of the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike is prohibited daily between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(4) 
On both sides of Peters Pond Lane from its intersection with Daniels Lane to its extremity, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(5) 
Parking on the east side of Sagaponack Main Street (Sagg Main Street), across from the Sagaponack Post Office, from a point 175 feet north of its intersection with Hedges Lane, in a northerly direction for a distance of 275 feet, is restricted to not more than 30 minutes, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(6) 
Parking on the west side of Sagaponack Main Street (Sagg Main Street), across from the Sagaponack Post Office, from a point 135 feet north of its intersection with Hedges Lane, in a northerly direction for a distance of 75 feet, is limited to 30 minutes between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(7) 
The north side of Montauk Highway (N.Y.S. Route No. 27) from a point approximately 185 feet west of the intersection with Corwith Avenue to a point approximately 495 feet west of the intersection with Corwith Avenue, a distance of approximately 310 feet, is limited to three-hour parking daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(8) 
The north side of Montauk Highway (N.Y.S. Route No. 27) from a point approximately 650 feet west of the intersection with Corwith Avenue to the intersection with Butter Lane, a distance of approximately 700 feet, is limited to three-hour parking daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(9) 
The south side of Montauk Highway (N.Y.S Route No. 27) from a point approximately 210 feet west of the intersection with School Street to a point approximately 425 feet west of the intersection with School Street, a distance of approximately 215 feet, is limited to three-hour parking daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(10) 
The south side of Montauk Highway (N.Y.S. Route No. 27) from a point approximately 425 feet west of the intersection with School Street to a point approximately 495 feet west of the intersection with School Street, a distance of approximately 70 feet, is limited to three-hour parking daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(11) 
The south side of Montauk Highway (N.Y.S. Route No. 27) from a point approximately 495 feet west of the intersection with School Street to the intersection with Church Lane, a distance approximately 600 feet, is limited to three-hour parking daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
