[Adopted 11-24-1980 by Ord. No. 44
of the 1980 Code]
The Town Clerk of the Town of Old Saybrook shall, at the next succeeding
regular election for such office and thereafter, be elected for a term of
four years from the first Monday of January succeeding his or her election.
[Amended 3-13-2002]
Under the provisions of C.G.S. § 7-34b, the Town of Old Saybrook
hereby provides that the compensation of the Town Clerk shall be by a salary
established and fixed by the Town Meeting of Old Saybrook, which salary shall
be in lieu of all fees and other compensation provided for in the General
Statutes.
