[Adopted 11-24-1980 by Ord. No. 50 of
the 1980 Code]
It is hereby enacted that the Town of Old Saybrook
authorizes the property tax exemption for solar energy heating or
cooling systems as set forth in C.G.S. § 12-81(56).
