The City has duly adopted the provisions of
RSA 130-A in accordance with RSA 130-A:7 by Ordinance No. O-90-10.[1]

Notwithstanding the provision of any other law
or regulation, for the purposes of enforcement within the City, the
provisions of RSA 130-A:4 which provide for a thirty-day notice and
abatement period shall be read and enforced as providing a seventy-five-day
notice and abatement period.
The provisions of this chapter are supplement
to, and not in place of, any other provisions of the Charter of the
City or of the City Code, or any rule or regulation lawfully promulgated
thereunder.
