III, of the 1969 Code)]
There is hereby created the position of Prosecutor for the Municipal
Court of the Township of Colts Neck.
The Prosecutor for the Municipal Court shall serve for a yearly term
commencing on January 1 of each year and terminating on the 31st day of December
of such year.
The Municipal Court Prosecutor, pursuant to law, shall represent the
interests of the state concerning actions heard in the Municipal Court of
the Township of Colts Neck.
The Municipal Court Prosecutor shall receive such salary as fixed from
time to time by ordinance of the Township of Colts Neck.
