Township of Readington, NJ Chapter 107 Drug-Free Zones

Article I School Zones

[Adopted 7-18-1988 by Ord. No. 245-88]

§ 107-1 Adoption of Drug-Free School Zones; schematic maps.

A. Directive 5.2 of the Attorney General's Statewide Action Plan for Narcotic Enforcement is adopted, and the schematic maps annexed to this article[1] shall be forwarded to the office of the County Prosecutor.[2]

B. Said schematic maps may be adopted as official and are subject to judicial notice in all criminal prosecutions.

§ 107-2 Signs.

The Township of Readington shall post signs indicating the outside perimeter of the Drug-Free School Zones designated by aforesaid schematic maps in accordance with the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act.[1]
