A sight triangular area is established at each corner of all intersections of roads in the township in accordance with the sketch attached hereto as Figure 1.[1]

It shall be unlawful to install, set out or maintain any structures, signs, other than those permitted by governmental authority, hedges, shrubbery, natural growth or other obstructions to view within the sight triangular area as established by this article higher than two feet or below eight feet above the level of the center of the adjacent intersection.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
If, after 10 days' notice of violation of § 204-2 above, the violator refuses to remove the obstructions, the township may summarily enter upon the premises and remove the same.
