Any part of a sanitary sewer constructed, reconstructed,
repaired or installed within a fifty-foot radius of a well used as
an individual water supply or as part of a semipublic water supply
system, as said terms are defined by the Individual and Semipublic
Water Supply Code of New Jersey (1966), shall be constructed of one
of the following types of material: steel; cast iron; ABS plastic,
Schedule 40 or heavier; or PVS plastic, Schedule 40 or heavier; copper
tube Type DWV.
All fittings for the pipe used shall conform
to the type and quality of the pipe used.
