The Board of Public Safety shall have the authority to promulgate rules
and regulations governing the use of the city ambulance. A copy of all such
rules and regulations shall be kept on file with the City Clerk and the Board
of Public Safety.
The Board of Public Safety shall have the authority to establish rates
to be charged for use of the city ambulance. A copy of such rates shall be
filed with said Board, and a copy shall be filed with the City Clerk.
