GENERAL REFERENCES
Code of Ethics — See Ch. 44.
The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the defense and indemnification
of city officers and employees pursuant to § 18 of the Public Officers
Law.
The City of Hornell hereby confers the benefits of § 18 of
the Public Officers Law upon its officers and employees, subject to the limitations
set forth in said § 18.
The City of Hornell hereby agrees to be held liable for the costs incurred
under § 18 of the Public Officers Law, subject to the limitations
set forth in said § 18.
