92, Flood Damage Prevention, adopted 4-15-1987 by L.L. No. 3-1987,
as amended. Section 3 of L.L. No. 1-2014 stated that it was enacted
by authority of Article IX, Section 2, of the New York State Constitution;
Article 36 of the New York Environmental Conservation Law, and § 20,
Subdivision 5, of the New York Municipal Home Rule Law.
