No person shall operate or ride upon any mechanically propelled
vehicle or device within or upon any of the parks or playgrounds of
this city without the consent of the Common Council.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be or remain in or upon
any city park or playground in the city between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00
a.m., except as specifically authorized by the Recreation and Youth
Services Department of the city.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $250
or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or to both such fine and
imprisonment.
