The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham takes recognition of requests by the Village Police Department and residents of the Village of Pelham to impose a curfew.

No person shall remain in or upon any public parks in the Village of Pelham between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
The provisions of this Article shall not apply to all persons gainfully employed during these hours in said public parks.
