Editor's Note: The salaries and compensation of other officers and
employees of the Township of Franconia are as set forth from time to time
by the Township Board of Supervisors. Copies of the currently effective salary
provisions are on file in the Township offices and are available for examination
during regular business hours.

Each Supervisor of Franconia Township, elected or appointed to office
for a term commencing on or after the effective date of this amendment, shall
receive compensation for attending duly advertised general or special public
meetings or hearings of the Board of Supervisors, or other meetings authorized
by the Board of Supervisors, in the amount of $3,250.

Such compensation shall be paid in monthly installments.

Incumbent Supervisors shall continue to receive compensation in accordance
with the population categories set forth in the Act[1] as implemented by Franconia Township Ord. No. 228, dated December
11, 1995.
