A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any vehicle or combination having a gross weight in excess of 10 tons (20,000 pounds) on Moyer Road between Route 113 and Lower Road, nor on Wambold Road, Schoolhouse Road and Lower Road; provided, however, that school buses, emergency vehicles and vehicles making local deliveries or pickups on Moyer Road, Wambold Road, Schoolhouse Road and Lower Road are excepted from this restriction.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive a vehicle other than a passenger car on any of the following streets or parts of streets, provided that nothing in this section shall prohibit any person from driving an emergency vehicle on any of those streets or parts of streets, or from driving on any of those streets or parts of streets a truck or other commercial vehicle making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along that street or part of street:
(1) 
Mininger Road between Allentown Road and Cowpath Road.
(2) 
Beck Road between Cowpath Road and Elroy Road.

Official signs, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, advising of the restrictions and excepting local deliveries, shall be erected and maintained at the entrances onto Moyer Road both from Route 113 and from Lower Road and also at the intersection of Moyer Road and Halteman Road.
Any person who violates the restrictions imposed by this article shall be prosecuted under Sections 4902(a) and 4902(g)(1) of the Vehicle Code, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds, or part thereof, of vehicle weight in excess of 23,000 pounds, and costs.
