Pursuant to § 15.2-1613.1 of the Code
of Virginia, there is hereby assessed a processing fee of $25 on any
individual admitted to the Rappahannock County Jail following conviction.
The fee shall be ordered as a part of court
costs, be collected by the Clerk of Court and deposited into the account
of the County Treasurer to be used by the Sheriff's office to defray
the costs of processing arrested persons into the Rappahannock County
Jail.
