A.
The Public Works Superintendent is hereby authorized to issue citations,
file complaints and give notices for violations of any local municipal
ordinance occurring on or within the premises of Birch Grove Park.
The Public Works Superintendent will not be empowered to arrest any
person(s) on or within the premises of Birch Grove Park.

B.
This power shall not in any way limit the right of
the Northfield Police Department or any other authorized individual
or entity of the City of Northfield to issue such citations or complaints.
