A.
Pursuant to § 8-1b of the General Statutes,
the Board of Directors shall appoint three alternate members for the
Planning Commission, which alternates will sit on such Commission
in the absence of any regular member. Such alternates, when sitting,
shall have all the powers and duties as prescribed by such statutes.
B.
The alternate members of the Planning Commission first
appointed shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified,
and the alternate members appointed thereafter shall serve for a term
of two years.
