Code)]
No person under the age of 21 shall be in possession
of containers of alcoholic liquor, as defined within this chapter,
whether open or closed, within the Town of Manchester except when
accompanied by or in the presence of his or her parent, guardian or
spouse who has attained the age of 21 years of age.
No person shall host an event which allows the consumption or dispensing of alcoholic liquor to or by minors except as provided in § 106-8 above. This prohibition shall apply to events on both public and private property.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be fined $100 for each offense pursuant to the provisions of § 1-2 of the Manchester Code.
