It shall be unlawful for any person in the Town to be found in, near,
around or about any place of public accommodation or any public property conducting
himself in such a way as to be unduly boisterous, using lewd or profane language,
obstructing access to said premises, or otherwise creating a nuisance to the
neighborhood.
