A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use a skateboard, bicycle,
roller skates, roller blades or scooters upon the curbs, handrails, handicapped
ramps, stairways, benches, picnic tables, walls, bleachers, running tracks,
decorative surfaces, and any other vertical elements on Town-owned property.
B.
The Manchester Skateboard Park shall be exempted.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be fined in
the amount of $25.
