[Adopted as Sec. 10-4 of the 1996 Code]
No person shall use or operate any boat, canoe, raft or other watercraft
which is propelled in whole or in part by an internal-combustion engine upon
the waters of Union Pond in the Town, except as otherwise hereinafter provided.
This article shall not apply to any motorboats operated by employees
or agents of the Town in connection with the police, fire, safety and maintenance
functions of said Town, nor shall said article apply to such special recreational
events and uses as shall be licensed from time to time by the General Manager.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be punished in accordance with § 1-2 of this Code.
