[Adopted as Sec. 10-11 of the 1996 Code]
The use of the bikeway extending from the East Hartford border to Main
Street, and running along Interstate 384, by motor vehicles is hereby prohibited.
Use of said bikeway by police, emergency, Town-owned vehicles or vehicles
of contractors performing maintenance, construction or repairs shall not constitute
a violation of this article.
Any person who violates any provisions of this article shall be fined
$90.
