The Town of Montville hereby ordains that the terms of the members of
the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be as follows: four members shall
be appointed for terms of four years; three members shall be appointed for
terms of three years; and two members shall be appointed for terms of two
years. Thereafter, as each term expires, successor members shall be appointed
for terms of four years.
