[Adopted 1-27-1987 (§ 1-8 of the
1974 Code)]
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate
or fail to comply with any provision of this Code, and where no specific
penalty is provided therein, the violation of any provision of this
Code shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $1 nor exceeding
$90 or the maximum fine otherwise permitted as determined by the Connecticut
General Statutes to be levied as a penalty for an infraction as defined
by statute. Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute
a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
