The following gambling activities, sports exhibitions, public amusements
and performances are hereby absolutely prohibited in the Town:
After a violation of this chapter, the Town is hereby given the right,
after a hearing according to law, to obtain an injunction in any court of
competent jurisdiction prohibiting and restraining the further violation of
this chapter.
