§ 262-1 Adoption of code by reference.

There is hereby adopted and incorporated into the Newington Code that certain code known as the Housing Code of the Town of Newington, as amended, which is attached hereto. The whole thereof shall henceforth be designated as Chapter A450, Housing Code, of the Newington Code of Ordinances.

§ 262-2 Applicability.

The provisions of said Housing Code of the Town of Newington shall be controlling within the limits of the Town of Newington, except as otherwise provided within such code, 180 days from the date on which this chapter shall take effect.
