No person shall operate a snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, motorcycle, truck, sport utility vehicle or other motor vehicle on land owned or leased by the Town, including the village green and school playground, except that automobiles, trucks and sport utility vehicles may enter areas where allowed by posting, but must park only in designated areas. All violators will be removed at the owner's expense.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100.
