Pensions and retirement — See Ch. 69.
Notwithstanding any provision of any ordinance to the contrary, the
Town Manager and a member of the board or commission involved and/or their
designee shall represent the Town of North Branford in all collective bargaining
negotiations with all employee organizations, except those organizations representing
employees of the Board of Education.
No collective bargaining agreement shall be binding on the town until
it has been reviewed by the Town Attorney and submitted to the Council for
its approval in accordance with Section 7-474(b) of the Connecticut General
Statutes.
