There shall be a Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to the North Branford Town Charter and the Connecticut General Statutes. Appointments to this Commission shall be made pursuant to the North Branford Town Charter.
There shall be a Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to the North Branford Town Charter and the Connecticut General Statutes. Appointments to this Board shall be made pursuant to the North Branford Town Charter.
