Any Assistant Town Clerk or Assistant Registrar of Vital Statistics,
including any vacancy in such office, shall be appointed and hired in accordance
with the policies and procedures established by the Town of Orange for the
hiring of employees who are not appointed or elected officials under the Charter,
or under any ordinance of the Town of Orange.
