The position of Bookkeeper in the Department of Finance is determined to be necessary and is hereby created in accordance with § C7-1 of the Town Charter.
Appointment to the foregoing position shall be made by the Town Manager,
according to the Charter, and this position shall be subject to Article IX
of the Town Charter.
