[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Rocky Hill 9-8-1975 by Ord. No. 56-75. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation who owns any building in the Town of Rocky Hill used for residential purposes and containing more than two apartments for residential use shall require any person who is or desires to act or be employed in said building as superintendent, janitor or resident manager to provide, in writing, a statement authorizing the Rocky Hill Police Division to determine whether or not said person has been convicted of any criminal offense or whether or not there is any criminal charge pending against him other than a motor vehicle violation.
Any person who is or desires to act or be employed in said building as a superintendent, janitor or resident manager may provide such a written authorization to the owner of said residential building.

Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation who shall violate the provision of this chapter or fails to comply herewith shall be fined $25 for each day of noncompliance. Each day an employee is employed without compliance herewith shall constitute a separate offense.
