Fees for the installation of streetlights in a new subdivision shall be in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Town Council in accordance with the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Said resolution may be changed from time to time as the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends and the Town Council deems advisable.
