Row design.
(1)
The maximum number of townhouses in a row is six.
(2)
The facades of the dwellings in each townhouse group shall be varied in architectural treatment and rooflines.
(3)
Offsets:

No more than two adjacent townhouses may have the same front building line.

The variation in the building line shall be at least two feet.
(b)
When the rear lot lines of townhouses abut one another, a twenty-foot wide alley shall be provided.
