Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 67, Title 9, of the Delaware Code of 1974, as amended, the Town of Henlopen Acres hereby expressly consents to the construction, installation, maintenance, replacement and repair of sewage pipelines and/or mains, or any part thereof, except that no sewage treatment plant shall be erected, constructed, installed, maintained, replaced or repaired as set forth herein by Sussex County within the corporate limits of the Town of Henlopen Acres.
The Mayor of The Town of Henlopen Acres and the Secretary of the Commissioners
of Henlopen Acres be and they are hereby authorized to execute and deliver
a deed of easement to Sussex County pursuant and in furtherance of the aforesaid
consent.
