§ 193-36 Rules for operation.

All artificial swimming pools and public bathing places in the City shall be operated according to the rules and regulations of the Board.

§ 193-37 Permit required.

No artificial swimming pool or bathing place shall be operated in the City without first obtaining a permit from the Board.
