GENERAL REFERENCES
Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 187.
No person, firm, corporation, individual or partnership shall permit
the overflow or drainage from a septic tank, cesspool, or kitchen drain to
drain in any ditch or ditches within the Town limits of Ocean View.
Any person, firm, corporation, individual or partnership, being the owner of property within the Town limits of Ocean View, who permits the overflow defined in § 111-1 above, shall be notified by the Secretary of the Town Council that such drainage or overflow shall be abated within 30 days from the day notice is sent. The notice required in this section shall be in writing and be sent by certified mail.
Any person, firm, corporation, individual or partnership who fails or
refuses to abate the overflow after receiving the required notice within 30
days of the date thereof shall be fined $10 for each violation, with each
day thereafter constituting a separate offense.
