The following prohibitions and general restrictions shall apply to signs
in all districts.
No sign, whether illuminated or not, shall project into the line of
vision of a motorist of an official traffic signal at a street intersection
within 150 feet of such signal from a moving lane of traffic.
No sign shall be attached to or obstruct any window, door, stairway
or other opening intended for ingress or egress or for needed light and ventilation;
nor shall any sign be attached to any tree, fence or utility pole.
Unsecured signs shall not be permitted.

Where a lot abuts the right-of-way of Interstate 95, no advertising
sign structure visible from the main traveled way of said Interstate shall
be permitted to be erected within 500 feet of any other such sign structure
along the same side of the Interstate, provided that such spacing shall not
apply to sign structures which are separated in such a manner that only one
is visible from Interstate 95 at any time.
