The following rules and regulations shall govern
the operation and maintenance of the recycling center:
A.Â
Only recyclables shall be deposited at the recycling
center.
B.Â
The dumping or disposal in said recycling center of
any materials from a source outside of the Town of Branford is prohibited,
except to the extent authorized by the Board of Selectmen, after consultation
with the Solid Waste Management Commission.
C.Â
There shall be no scavenging at the recycling center
unless authorized by the Board of Selectmen, after consultation with
the Solid Waste Management Commission.
D.Â
The dumping or disposal of recyclables at the recycling
center shall be subject to such further rules and regulations as may
be established by the Board of Selectmen from time to time, after
consultation with the Solid Waste Management Commission.
